What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit the DeSpell website at despell.io and its subpages, such as /brandkit.
The site is a static marketing site. It has no accounts, no login, no forms, no comments and no newsletter. We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
The DeSpell app at app.despell.io is a separate product. It has its own terms and privacy notice, shown inside the app. This policy does not govern the app.
Data we collect
Personal data reaches us or our service providers in three ways.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Its edge servers keep standard request logs for security and operations. These logs contain your IP address, user agent, the URL you requested and a timestamp. Vercel keeps them under its own retention and privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends a request to Google, and that request includes your IP address.
- Email. If you write to info@despell.io, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
Hosting logs are used to keep the site secure and running. Font requests are used only to deliver the fonts to your browser. Emails are used to read and answer your message.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above as needed to run the site, or when required by law.
The site links to third-party sites, such as the DeSpell app, X profiles, Linktree and block explorers. When you follow those links, the policies of those sites apply there.
Retention
Hosting logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention policy. We keep email correspondence as long as needed to handle it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to info@despell.io and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
